FriktionTek® by XADO creates a smooth new surface layer that reduces friction. As the new ceramic-metal layer bonds to worn surfaces, it creates a tighter, more consistent fit between moving parts that will restore lost compression, increase horsepower and increased torque.

In vehicles, there are a number of factors that effect gas mileage – everything from tire inflation, fuel quality, aerodynamics, spark plug maintenance and driving habits. Engine performance also greatly effects fuel usage. The harder your engine works, the more gas it uses. Reducing friction and increasing compression will make your engine run more efficiently and improve gas mileage. Our test results show that FriktionTek® by XADO treated engines increases fuel efficiency at varying rates, depending on the initial condition of the parts. Most vehicles demonstrate between 7% to 30% improvement in gas mileage.
